Sales Support Assistant Apprentice

The Sales Support Apprentice will develop skills in sales order management, customer service and administrative processes that sit at the heart of the commercial function, while progressively taking on real workload under the direction of the Senior Sales Support Coordinator.

Hours

Core office hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break unpaid or 8.30am - 5.00pm, with 30 minutes lunch break unpaid.

40 hours a week

What you’ll do at work

* Supporting the Sales & Operational Planning (SOP) team in completing assigned sales order entry, delivery notes and routine invoicing tasks accurately.

* Handle straightforward customer enquiries under the guidance of the Sales Support team and Coordinator.

* Maintain customer files, sales records and electronic filing structures.

* Support the team with routine data entry, document preparation and stock data compilation.

* Take on additional responsibility progressively as competence is demonstrated.
