Talent Acquisition Intern (Product & Operations)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support our Product & Tech Recruitment Partners throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)


• Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns for Product Operations


• Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews


• Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience with recruitment


• Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter) would be a plus


• High level of ownership and an analytical mindset 


• Proficiency in English with structured communication skills


• Student status and availability for a period of 6 months, 20 hours a week (with possibility of renewing the contract)
