About Us Think Recruitment is a growing recruitment business specialising in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the construction, maintenance, social housing and public sector markets. We work with building contractors and home builders, supplying freelance and temporary site management staff and other key roles. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, sales, business administration and customer service. The Role This will initially be a temporary position, with the strong possibility of developing into a permanent apprenticeship opportunity for the right person. You will support the recruitment team with finding, speaking to and registering candidates for temporary job vacancies. Full training will be provided, so recruitment experience is not required, however previous sales experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Your duties will include:
Searching job boards and databases for suitable candidates Calling candidates to discuss job opportunities Registering new candidates and collecting key information Writing and posting job adverts Updating the recruitment system with candidate details Speaking with workers about availability, experience and job preferences Supporting consultants with general admin and compliance tasks Helping match candidates to suitable temporary and permanent vacancies Building confidence on the phone and learning how recruitment worksWhat We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
Confident speaking to people on the phone Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Positive, hardworking and enthusiastic Organised and able to follow instructions Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Interested in recruitment, sales, business or customer service Able to work well as part of a small, busy teamNo previous recruitment experience is needed. The most important things are attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
