Our client, a reputable accident repair centre based in Northfleet, is seeking a dedicated Trainee Bodyshop Prepper to join their established team. Prepare vehicles meticulously, including masking, sanding, and vehicle preps
Carry out polishing and paint correction to meet quality standards as a Trainee Bodyshop Prepper
Support alloy wheel refurbishment and SMART repairs if qualified
Assist with finishing processes, ensuring high-quality vehicle presentation
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Support team in meeting departmental deadlines
Ensure vehicles are thoroughly prepared before leaving the workshopRequirements of a Trainee Bodyshop Prepper:

Practical experience in vehicle masking, polishing, and paint rectification preferred
Knowledge of SMART repairs and alloy wheel refurbishment advantageous
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible attitude towards work hours, including occasional overtime
