As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic Client Services team.
The Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Trainee CSR, you will support the Client Services team in delivering exceptional service to our clients, learning all aspects of print, production, fulfilment, and account management.
You will receive hands-on training, exposure to live client projects, and the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged Customer Service Representative within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Client Services team with day-to-day account management
Assisting with processing client orders and managing job workflows
Liaising with internal departments including production, estimating, and logistics
Building an understanding of print and marketing production processes
Ensuring all client communication is timely, accurate, and professional
Maintaining internal systems and updating job information
Supporting the delivery of projects to agreed timelines and quality standards
Learning to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
What We’re Looking For
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
A team player with a customer-first mindset
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/MIS systems is a bonus but not essential)
Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is advantageous but not required
