We are representing a rapidly expanding and ever evolving global exec search firm; who have three arms to the business; providing executive talent to the Commodities, FS and FinTech markets.

With year-on-year growth demand for their services has been growing and recently they have won several global, retained search programmes within the commodities space. Due to these sizable new business wins alongside their current business, our client is looking for bright and motivated inexperienced individuals for their 6-week executive search training academy.  

You will be privileged to be part of a comprehensive and leading training & development programme, learning how to research, market mapping, headhunt for senior candidates at C-Suite level, short & long listing as well as business development; amongst other training to start you off as an Executive Search Consultant. If after the 6 weeks you successfully pass the training from the academy, then you will be offered a permanent contract with this leading Search Firm.
