MG Genone Developments Limited is offering a structured Level 5 Financial Markets training programme designed for Armed Forces personnel and service leavers looking to develop knowledge and skills within financial markets and market analysis.

This programme is suitable for disciplined and motivated individuals seeking a structured learning pathway as part of their transition into civilian life.

Programme Overview

Participants will complete a self-paced online Level 5 Diploma programme covering areas such as:

• Financial market analysis
• Risk and capital management
• Technical and macroeconomic analysis
• Trading psychology and disciplined decision-making
• Portfolio and performance management

The programme also includes:

• Structured online learning materials
• 1-to-1 support sessions
• Optional access to our London trading floor 1 day per week

Eligibility

Suitable for:

• Current Armed Forces personnel approaching resettlement
• Service leavers
• Individuals with strong discipline and decision-making skills
• Candidates interested in financial markets and market analysis

No prior trading experience is required.

Funding Support

This programme is approved for Enhanced Learning Credits (ELCAS) funding for eligible service leavers and Armed Forces personnel.

Eligible candidates may be able to claim funding support toward the programme cost through the ELCAS scheme.
