Our client is growing their Nottingham team and wants to hear from ambitious, articulate individuals ready to start a career in marketing. As a Trainee Marketing Executive, you'll get hands-on experience across live campaigns, working directly with the public to represent well-known brands and bring marketing strategies to life in the real world.

This is a practical, fast-paced introduction to marketing — you'll learn by doing, not by sitting through theory. Full training and mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Representing client brands and campaigns directly to the public

* Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, delivered, and measured in practice

* Engaging customers and gathering feedback that shapes campaign performance

* Supporting the sales and sign-up process during live campaigns

* Working towards individual and team performance goals

* Taking part in structured training covering marketing fundamentals, communication, and campaign strategy

* Progressing toward more senior marketing and account responsibilities over time

PAY & PROGRESSION

* £650–£800 OTE per week

* Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
