As a Trainee Metal Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Learning to polish and finish a range of metals using hand and powered tools, including twin spindles
Assisting with fettling and preparing components prior to final finishing
Working on specialist components for the Marine industry and other sectors
Developing an eye for surface quality against customer and industry expectations
Building up to managing your own workload as skills progress
As a Trainee Metal Worker, your experience will include:

No prior experience necessary, full training given
A genuine interest in learning a hands-on trade
Willingness to work with hand and powered tools
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Experience within Metal Finishing or Marine environments is advantageous but not essential
