Are you looking to kickstart your career as a Paint and Powder Coating Technician with a company that will provide ongoing training as well as developing your skillset through funded external courses where you will gain qualifications to make you a fully-fledged Sprayer?

In this role you will be trained up in the world of paint spraying through external courses and qualifications as well as shadowing experienced team members. You will receive training on various manufacturing processes and become an expert on wet spraying and powder coating. This is a Monday to Thursday role which gives you a great work-life balance as well as an opportunity to work Fridays for an enhanced rate of pay.

This company specialises in metal fabrication and offers a range of services to the Defence, Aerospace, Marine, Manufacturing industries and more. They have operated since the 1980's and pride themselves on investing in their staff and helping them build a career.

This role would suit a junior candidate with some hands-on experience who is looking to start a career that provides you with new skills, qualifications and the chance to progress.

The Role:

Receive training on surface coating - wet spraying and powder coating
Complete funded external courses to gain qualifications
Help senior team members complete projects while progressing into a fully-fledged painter
Monday to Thursday working a 4-day weekThe Person:
