The role

·       As a Tiger Resourcing Group recruitment
consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them
to both Permanent, contract and temporary positions for our clients, from entry
level through to senior management.

·       You will be dealing with clients,
building relationships to better understand each clients requirements as well
as developing future relationships.

·       You will be taught how to screen,
interview, background check and match candidates to our detailed client
requirements.

·       This is a sales role and you will be
encouraged to get out of the office on a regular basis and meet candidates and
clients face -to -face.

Essential

·       Hard working

·       Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

·       Sales / Telesales Experience
