We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our growing Technology division. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, competitive and wants to build a career in recruitment, sales and technology.

You'll be joining an established technology desk with existing clients, candidates and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to learn recruitment while working on real opportunities from day one.

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced consultants while learning the full recruitment process, including:

* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and databases

* Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience and career goals

* Conducting candidate screening and interviews

* Building and maintaining candidate networks

* Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Qualifying vacancies and understanding client requirements

* Writing and advertising job descriptions

* Managing applications and interview processes

* Supporting offer negotiations and candidate aftercare

* Maintaining accurate CRM records

* Learning the commercial side of recruitment, including fees, margins and targets

Recruitment experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn.

You'll ideally be:

Training & Progression

You'll receive structured training alongside your apprenticeship, with practical experience from day one.

You'll develop your skills across candidate sourcing, interviewing, client communication, business development, sales, negotiation and account management.

The long-term goal is to progress you into a fully-fledged Technology Recruitment Consultant, with a clear pathway towards Senior Consultant and management positions.
