The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnsley team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment, particularly individuals with a background in education.

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with schools and education professionals, matching candidates to roles, and supporting schools with their staffing needs.

Working Hours

* Term time: 8:00am – 4:00pm

* Reduced hours during school holidays

Key Responsibilities

* Building and maintaining relationships with schools and education staff

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles

* Managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions

* Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment

* Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
