Trainee Software Tester

Day-to-day, you will:

* Analyse performance and functionality of printing applications

* Identify problems and report to appropriate teams via bug reports

* Carry out necessary tests, collect and analysing results

* Contribute to best practice methods of continuous improvement

* Improve the quality of an operation or process

* Be taught to read and understand functional design specifications and follow test procedures

* Check the status of equipment, the work environment and facilities and taking appropriate actions before commencing work

* Prepare communications, documents, and reports on technical matters

You will need:

* GCSEs in Maths and Science

* Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

* An interest in software and technology

* A positive, "can-do" attitude
