TRAINEE WELDER

We are recruiting for a Trainee Welder to work for our client who are based near Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

Are you a MIG Welder looking to expand your skills, gain hands-on experience, and take the next step in your career?

​We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Fabrication Welder to join our team. If you can MIG weld, we will provide all the necessary training to help you develop expertise in fabrication, assembly, and finishing techniques. This role is ideal for someone keen to enhance their CV and build a strong foundation in high-quality metalworking.

THE DUTIES:

* Execute daily MIG welding operations according to project requirements and quality standards

* Train alongside experienced team members to learn custom metal fabrication, cutting, shaping, and assembly.

* Develop skills in metal finishing techniques (grinding, polishing, and surface preparation).

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

Basic to intermediate MIG welding capability.

​Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and build new skills.

​Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

​A proactive, positive attitude and a reliable work ethic.

THE HOURS:

Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch + 2 off 15 minutes breaks.

Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm with a 15-minute break.

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly salary of £12.71
