Trainee/Graduate Business Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Business Associate to join an international organisation based near Brentwood. This position is ideal for a school/college leaver or recent graduate looking to gain valuable business experience and build a long term career.

The successful candidate will receive full training and mentoring while developing skills across customer service, administration, reporting, commercial operations and marketing support.

Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-16:00
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays

1 day working from home after probationWhat You'll Be Doing:
Compiling sales and marketing reports
Learning about credit and risk assessments
Supporting the marketing team with day to day activities
Assisting with quotations, proposals and customer documentation
Maintaining accurate customer records and business reports
Helping with contract administration and renewals
Supporting inventory and equipment availability reporting
Working with teams across the business on projects and process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:

• A Levels, BTEC or equivalent qualifications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• An interest in business, marketing, logistics or commercial operations
