BlackRock are offering diverse roles and opportunities across the following divisions: Portfolio Management Group (PMG) The Portfolio Management Group (PMG) brings together our global investment pillars to deliver long-term results for our clients. The pillars include BlackRock’s Fundamental and Systematic investing across Fixed Income, Equities and Multi-Asset Strategies, as well as the Private Debt business. The business also includes cross-pillar teams like Data Strategy & Solutions, Sustainability Implementation, PMG marketing, and a unified technology platform. Our partnerships extend across the firm, including RQA, GPS, and commercial and distribution channels. BlackRock Private Debt BlackRock Private Debt is an investment team delivering all of BlackRock’s Private Debt strategies across Corporate Credit, Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt, Structured Credit and Multi-Debt Solutions. Today, our Private Debt platform is one of the largest in the world and a client base which includes many of the most experienced and sophisticated institutional investors in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Military Applicants: Service leaver must have served in the UK regular armed forces with a minimum of 3 years’ service. Have left regular service within the last 12 months. Professional Athlete Applicants: Elite athletes, who have either represented a professional team for their sport, or who have represented their country at Senior international level. Our hybrid work model BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
