Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri We'll connect millions of people and businesses across the country. Be part of the team that makes it all happen - simplifying, automating, and bringing better connectivity than ever before, with giga-fast speed, to our customers. This could include rolling out new technology, expanding coverage, replacing old systems, or supporting next‑generation connectivity initiatives. You will: Help spot risks and issues early, working with the team to keep the project moving in the right direction. Learn how to bring the right people together by understanding the skills needed and helping shape the project team. Help define who does what, how everyone works together, and support feedback that helps the project succeed. Support managing the project scope and keeping everything aligned when things change. Share clear, timely project updates with stakeholders, and know when to escalate to keep momentum high. You're great at staying organised, juggling tasks, setting priorities, and planning your work so you always stay ahead. You enjoy working with different teams and people, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal. You're proactive and take ownership, if something needs doing, you jump in and make it happen. You must hold GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above by September 2026. Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements.
