THE POST
This is a permanent, part-time role within a busy finance team providing support for all financial management, accounting, reporting and administration for our 3 venues.Working 20 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Purchase Ledger and will report to the Finance Manager.
Base
Your regular base will be The Lemon Tree; however you may be required to work across all Aberdeen Performing Arts venues and sites.

To ensure the effective and efficient running of the Account Payable ledger.

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience working in a finance or accounts payable, with working knowledge/experience of Microsoft Excel and ideally Sage Intacct or other accounting system. You'll have good numeracy and communication skills, be detail oriented, with a helpful, positive approach, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
