Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist in month-end close procedures - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - Reliable and able to work remotely - Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively in problem-solving situations - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with vendors and stakeholders
