Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist for remote work in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collecting payments, and reconciling discrepancies - Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and inquiries - Monitor and analyze aging reports to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debt - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve collection processes - Prepare and distribute financial reports related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Motivated individual with the ability to work independently - Excellent adaptability and planning skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - High school diploma or equivalent
