Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Quanta Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in London, England in a part-time remote work position at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a strong work ethic, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Strong innovation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
