Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Travelers Cos. in London, England. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Driven and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
