Salary: Circa £26,000pa - £27,000pa (full time equivalent) plus other brilliant benefits

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity with a friendly and professional team? Look no further! Our client, a successful company in Sheffield, are seeking a skilled Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Use Sage accounting software for processing payments and performing routine accounting tasks like managing the purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, and tracking payments.


• Oversee and process all payments, expenses, and manage credit control.


• Respond professionally to all accounting department emails


• Prioritise tasks, handle confidential matters, and perform additional assignments as directed by the Managing Director to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Sage 50.


• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.


• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.


• Excellent communication skills and a natural team player.
