Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Micron Technology is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in our London, England office. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for the organization, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and providing support to the finance team.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with month-end close processes and reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiency - Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance provided
