Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As a Remote Accounts Payable at Mondelez International, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the company's accounts payable process from a remote location in London, England, UK. Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to address any payment inquiries or issues - Assist with month-end close procedures, including posting journal entries and preparing reports - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes - Continuously learn and adapt to changes in accounting software and technology
