Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable professional. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, possess strong analytical skills, and show potential for leadership.

Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and submit payments to vendors - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and improve processes

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with SAP is a plus) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Must be a fast learner and eager to develop skills in the field of accounting
