Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Prepare monthly financial reports - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial records

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Confident and independent work ethic - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
