Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Ross Stores is seeking a reliable and driven Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Accounts Receivable team member, you will be responsible for managing the company's outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment from clients.

Responsibilities: - Generating and sending invoices to clients - Reconciling accounts and following up on overdue payments - Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes - Processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Monitoring customer accounts for late payments and collection efforts - Providing support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed - Assisting with financial reporting and data analysis

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
