Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Process payment receipts and update records - Monitor and report on aging accounts - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Strong research skills - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks - Excellent communication and organizational skills
