Responsibilities: 1. Process and monitor incoming payments and outgoing invoices 2. Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable 3. Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and overdue accounts 4. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues 6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions 7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements 8. Perform data entry tasks related to accounts receivable 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 10. Support the accounts receivable team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication skills 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5. Detail-oriented and organized 6. Basic understanding of financial principles and practices 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 8. Prior experience in accounts receivable is preferred but not required 9. Must be motivated and resourceful
