Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer in London, England, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate working from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and post customer payments to accounts 2. Monitor and follow-up on overdue accounts 3. Prepare and send out invoices to customers 4. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy 5. Assist with month-end close processes 6. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable 7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies 8. Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 6. Experience with analysis and strategic planning 7. Must be able to work from home with a stable internet connection
