Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely from home in London, England, UK.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Communicate with customers regarding payment status - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Creativity to find innovative solutions to challenges - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - No prior experience required, training will be provided
