Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Associate at International Paper, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home in London, England. This part-time position will require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic and reliable, possessing strong project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Perform daily accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies - Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action - Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting - Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient accounts receivable operations - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Leadership abilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
