Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate at Dominion Resources. This is a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about working in the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate invoicing - Monitor client accounts to ensure prompt payment and follow up on overdue invoices - Reconcile payments with accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and provide excellent customer service - Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Adaptable personality and a passion for finance - Strong time management and people management skills
