Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Charles Schwab in London, UK. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing the flexibility you need to balance work and personal life.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and financial reporting - Monitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate effectively with clients to address any billing inquiries or payment issues - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow efficiency - Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate financial reports - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenging situations and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
