Accounts Receivable - Work from home

General Dynamics is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Receivable professional, working remotely from home in London, England. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently - Reconcile accounts receivable balances - Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies - Prepare and deliver financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of basic accounting principles - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
