Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Baxter International is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate strong adaptability and passion for their work.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices - Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve any billing issues - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions - Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
