Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and independent Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Dover in London, England, UK. As a part-time team member, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for our online transactions. With at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership and negotiation skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Review and approve online invoices for payment - Reconcile online accounts and resolve discrepancies - Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of financial information - Maintain organized records of all online transactions - Assist with financial audits as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Leadership and negotiation skills
