Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Micron Technology is looking for a dedicated and driven Online Accounts Payable associate to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. As a part-time member of our team, you will play a key role in managing our online accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies 3. Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment-related issues 4. Maintain records of all transactions and create detailed reports as needed 5. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial audits 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field 2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems 7. Innovation and leadership skills 8. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
