Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable associate in our London, England office. In this part-time role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our online customer base.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing customer accounts and reconciling any discrepancies - Monitoring outstanding balances and following up with customers to collect payments - Processing payments and updating customer account information - Generating reports on accounts receivable status and trends - Collaborating with other departments to resolve payment issues - Providing exceptional customer service to address any inquiries or concerns related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Confident communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Leadership abilities to drive results and meet targets
