Job Description:

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a passionate and driven Online Accounts Receivable to join our team in London, England, UK on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Online Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing online payments - Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies - Generating invoices and sending them to customers - Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports - Communicating with customers regarding payment status - Providing support to the accounting team as needed - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Planning and organization skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills
