Job Description - Administrative Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


As an Administrative Associate at Ameriprise Financial, your primary responsibility will be to provide remote administrative support to various departments within the company. You will work independently from your home office in London, England, and will report directly to the management team.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team by organizing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. 3. Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting. 4. Conduct research and compile reports as needed. 5. Manage and update databases and CRM systems. 6. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles. 2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
