Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description: Marathon Petroleum is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in London, England. This position will allow for remote work, providing the flexibility to work from home while still contributing to the success of our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members - Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation - Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner - Manage calendars and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity - Support team members with various administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - Adaptable and independent mindset, able to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proven experience in administrative roles - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
