Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


As an Administrative Coordinator at Time Warner Cable, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the team while working remotely from London, England, UK. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members - Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including setting up virtual meetings - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages - Creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed - Assisting with data entry, filing, and organization of documents - Supporting the team with any administrative tasks as needed - Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Conducting analysis and research as needed - Communicating effectively with team members and external partners - Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resourceful in a remote work environment - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively
