Mortgage Administrator - Part-Time

Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is an independent financial firm with specialism within mortgages. They offer services to their clients from first time buyers to new build properties. The close-knit team are searching for a Mortgage Administrator to help manage the day-to day office duties and liaise between clients and internal advisors. This office-based opportunity offers 20-24 hours for the correct candidate.

• Being the first point of contact for clients in person and on the phone
• Client contact renewals through outbound phone calls
• Data entry and file keeping on the internal CRM system
• Diary and inbox management on behalf of the advisors to schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients
• Monitoring client records and documents through liaising with banks and lenders
• General office administrative duties such as stocking up stationery and keeping the meeting room presentable
• Providing administrative support with paperwork and the end to end process

The ideal candidate:

• Experience and knowledge in financial services
• Understanding of the mortgage process
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Understanding and experience in retail banking
• Excellent verbal and written skill
