Job Description - Operations Coordinator - Part-Time

Rare opportunity to join a growing company within a fun and fast paced industry

Hybrid working Structure– 2 days in the office, 3 WFH – GBP27,000 – GBP28,000 (DOE) Pro rata

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational activities of the sites and meeting business objectives. The role is for someone looking to take their next step and join a company where they can progress,

– Coordinate and manage daily operations– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings– Answer and direct phone calls–Investigate and resolve payment queries– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations– Provide administrative support to management as needed
