Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at Stryker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team based in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operations - Provide leadership and support to remote team members, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed - Manage and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
