Job Description - Part-Time Bodyshop Administrator

In this role you will:

  • Book in jobs and ensure that all notifications of work and instructions are acted upon
  • Update all workshop system
  • Complete all relevant paperwork as necessary for vehicle repair orders.
  • Liaise with customers and insurance companies
  • Invoice completed work

In order to be successful you will:

  • Be customer focused
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be organised and have good attention to detail
  • Be able to communicate with people via telephone and in person
  • Ideally have had experience in a service reception or administrative role
