Part-Time Legal Pa

Our client, a leading law firm based in the city are now looking for a part time Legal PA on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday). The Legal PA will be joining a team of friendly PAs, in a busy and varied role, where no two days are the same! This firm are based in a great city location and offer hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:

• Onboarding and liaising with new clients, producing engagement letters and compliance checks
• Travel arrangements both national and international including itineraries
• Processing expenses
• Diary and inbox management
• Bundling
• Working closely with the business development team to create pitches, and organise events
• Organising and booking meetings
• Producing and amending documents
• End to end billing including producing reports and credit control
• Other general administrative tasks

Key skills & Experience

• Experience as a Legal Secretary / PA within a Law firm
• A great team player
• The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• Strong IT Skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with diary management
• The ability to work with discretion
